Suzan Pelloni

Suzan is a genuine Meeker resident, born and raised. She spent her first 20 years on a ranch, east of Meeker, operating heavy equipment, irrigating, haying, and working cattle. Her winters were dedicated to ski racing, which led her around the world. Upon "retiring" from international ski racing, Suzan accepted a scholarship to Montana State University - Bozeman, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in German Language and European History, while also earning NCAA All Academic and All American Titles. Following college, Suzan utilized her degree, working in Switzerland and as a tour guide throughout the States for foreign visitors. Since returning to Meeker, Suzan and her husband (also a lifelong local), enjoy hunting, camping, riding snowmobiles and skiing with their two children.

Suzan started her real estate career over 15 years ago and opened her boutique real estate office in 2019 in historic downtown Meeker. Education remains at the pinnacle of her priorities which is evident with the number of designations, certifications and awards she has received. This level of commitment carries over to her satisfied clients.

John Strate

John and his wife Kirstie both grew up in Meeker, and graduated from Meeker High School. After attending college and starting a teaching career in the south east part of the state, they returned to Meeker with their family. They recognized it truly “takes a village”, and wanted their three children to understand the value of family and community. John has earned a master’s degree from Colorado Mesa University, worked with hundreds of Meeker’s youth in the classroom, and served as a track and field coach. John’s dedication to Meeker reaches beyond his contributions to youth. He served as a Trustee for the Town of Meeker for two terms, and as the president of the Eastern Rio Blanco County Metropolitan Recreation District for two terms. Using his vast knowledge of the White River Valley all it has to offer, John decided to start a career in real estate in 2020. In his first four years he closed 129 transactions with a total sales volume of $63,528,486. His real estate experience and knowledge of the area make him an excellent resource for his clients.

Klayton Costanzo

Klayton Costanzo is a fourth-generation Rifle native with deep roots in Western Colorado. With a background in oil and gas, he brings valuable knowledge of water and mineral rights to his real estate work and is currently pursuing his Accredited Land Consultant designation through the Realtors Land Institute.

Klayton is deeply committed to giving back. As a founding member of Young Guns of Rifle, he helps provide scholarships and hosts family-focused community events. He also donates his time to local youth sports and other grassroots efforts.

Grounded in service and guided by local knowledge, Klayton is proud to help others find their place in the community.
